Often, the word Tantra evokes a sexual connotation, but in fact Tantra has little to do with sex. Non Dual Kashmir Shaivism Tantra simply welcomes everything and rejects nothing.
When people practice Tantra, they sometimes get lost in the pursuit of pleasure, of a better partner, or yet another better experience. And this becomes endless. There will always be another experience that is better, another partner who is better.
Non Dual Kashmir ShaivismTantra (based principally on Vigyan Bhairav Tantra) teaches:
✨ your body is not an obstacle, it is the temple with its pains and pleasures.
✨ your emotions, your thoughts are not enemies,
✨ your relationships are not distractions, they are mirrors of awakening.
✨that al these manifestations happen in Consciousness if the focus is on discovering who you truly are.
The practice is simple but profound: whatever experience arises, instead of pushing it away, Tantra invites you to welcome it with awareness and tenderness and as a pointer to who you are.
You can thus perceive that every breath, every sensation, every thought, every relationship is a doorway to awakening.
On the other hand, if you are not remembered to stay focused on finding out who you are, Tantra becomes mere consumption and not a practice of awakening in daily life.
There are tools like meditation, intention, breathwork, ChakraDance, massage you’ll find in my Non Dual Kashmir Shaivism program that greatly help you in this process.
The point is to discover who you are: what is permanent. Remembering that there is nothing to seek outside, that you are already what you seek.
Otherwise there is a kind of continuation of the obscuring of what is the truth.
At best, Tantra becomes then just another tool of personal development but never a doorway to awakening.

There is never a person who awakens because the person in itself, is the illusion.
There is only awakening, or the remembrance of “I am”, the freedom that is already here.
